Valley View – Youth Recovery Center

Overview

During their stay, therapeutic techniques are utilized including on an individualized assessment and plan, counseling (individual, group and family), life skills, family support, educational services and recreation/leisure skills and an aftercare planning. They include a variety of recreational therapies to inspire creativity and build strength. They include from hiking the Maroon Bells to learning yoga, the teens are also introduced to multiple cultural, artistic and physical activities to support their recovery. Valley View - Youth Recovery Center is committed on creating a safe learning environment where teens engage high quality substance abuse treatment. They believe that it is important for the program to be rich in subject matter, they incorporate a variety of activities including recreational challenge, mindfulness-based learning and wellness.
